Another sculpt inspired by Gears of War, the most likely candidate for this model is my personal favorite, the Carmine brothers. I called the Carmine brothers "Goggles" -- they're essentially disposable "red shirts" from Star Trek. It seems Benjamin Carmine loved fire.
In Gears of War, the Scorcher Flamethrower is a weapon you can pick up off of the Locust enemies. Bobby Jackson's sculpt of Torch is kited out to exclusively use the flamethrower, complete with fire resistant padding along one side of his body. This is an interesting sculpt that isn't merely a rip-off of other Gears characters.
